LOCATION

Our house is called La Finestra sul Castello (Window over the Castle) and is located in an old “colombara”, that is, a small tower in a rural countryhouse dating back to 1800. The house has just undergone a complete renovation. Close to the riverbanks of river Tramigna and next to the Medieval town walls, you will find the town centre at walking distance, yet the house location is extremely peaceful and surrounded by beautiful town parks. Nestled among the lovely Soave hills, our countryhouse offers a unique and very scenic view over the town castle (hence our name “Window over the Castle”), the Bassanella Sanctuary and many architectural features of Soave town.

The house has got four floors: on the ground floor you will find the facilities shared with our family, while the other floors are entirely dedicated to the guest rooms. The room on the top floor is a romantic mansard room. All rooms are very spacious and can easily be adapted to our guests’ needs: double room single use for those on business trips, double room with adjacent bathroom for couples or groups of two people, adjoining double rooms on the same floor for families or groups of friends.

Thanks to these comfortable and airy spaces you will be able to choose whether to enjoy your breakfast in the privacy of your room, maybe on your balcony or in the breakfast room or even in the garden during the summertime. Here you will also be able to relax tasting a glass of great local wine.
